Christel’s Green Salad with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
romaine lettuce, cut or torn into bite size pieces
butter lettuce, cut or torn into bite size pieces
1 cup honey mustard dressing (any brand)
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
salt and pepper
feta cheese or blue cheese
Directions:
- Mix salad greens in a bowl. Add dressing 1 tbs at a time (depending on how much greens you have) until all greens are coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add pine nuts and cheese before serving. You can also add the nuts and cheese on individual plates.
