Christel’s Green Salad with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:

romaine lettuce, cut or torn into bite size pieces
butter lettuce, cut or torn into bite size pieces
1 cup honey mustard dressing (any brand)
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
salt and pepper
feta cheese or blue cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix salad greens in a bowl. Add dressing 1 tbs at a time (depending on how much greens you have) until all greens are coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add pine nuts and cheese before serving.  You can also add the nuts and cheese on individual plates.
