SAUTEED YOUCHOY (chinese mustard greens)

Ingredients:

one bunch youchoy (chinese mustard greens)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
a pinch of crushed chili pepper
salt and pepper to tast if required

Directions:
1. Wash youchoy and cut tough end and about one 1/2 inch off tops. Set aside.
2. Heat wok or pan. Add sesame oil and sautee garlic until light brown.
3. Add youchoy and stir. Pour soy sauce and chili pepper. Continue stirring for 2 minutes then remove from wok or pan.
4. Serve hot.
