Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter (creamed peanuts)
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine flour, Splenda and baking powder.
- Add in peanut butter, egg, butter, water and vanilla; mix well to combine. Then add chocolate chips and mix.
- Scoop into balls, flatten and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
