Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten flour
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter (creamed peanuts)
  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, Splenda  and baking powder.
  3. Add in peanut butter, egg, butter, water and vanilla; mix well to combine. Then add chocolate chips and mix.
  4. Scoop into balls, flatten and place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
