		<description>Hi Chelsea: I am not an experienced baker so I couldn&#039;t say for sure that you will not encounter any problems if you substitute sugar for honey in this recipe.  But for most parts, honey or molasses in yeast breads are used for color in addition to feeding the yeast.</description>

		<description>A good friend of mine is living in the Philippines right now and suggested I try making Pan de Coco at home.  I noticed in some recipes for the filling the honey can be substituted with sugar.  Can you also do this for the Callah dough itself?</description>
