Wow! I made these - over the last two days - for a snack event earlier today. I used Baby Ribs, sawed 1/3 wide for finger food. Added a bit more garlic and sesame oil (just for my own taste) and substituted Real Maple syrup for 1/3 of the honey. Everything else was +/- the same. I mean to tell you, these little buggers are DARN GOOD! I got only a few as my guests gobbled up 6# in short order. This is one of the few times that I've served a new recipe without first trying it on myself; I got lucky and this is a keeper.
One TIP: Watch the cooking time and it varies per rib size; do NOT OVER COOK! Soft and tender is just fine and they do not have tobe cooked until the sauce is thick. Easy does it!
Yummy. 4.9 stars for the basic recipe and 5.0 for a bit less cooking. A KEEPER.

I love the look of these Asian ribs. The sauce/spice mixture looks out of this world. I have totally saved them off to try later!
