- 7 – 8 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Yoshida gourmet sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbs honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and marinade overnight.
- Grill approximately 3 – 5 minutes on high per side.
- Serve warm with salad and/or steamed rice.
