Grilled Orange Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 7 – 8 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Yoshida gourmet sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbs honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl.  Add chicken pieces and marinade overnight.
  2. Grill approximately 3 – 5 minutes on high per side.
  3. Serve warm with salad and/or steamed rice.
