Love all the dishes you mentioned.. and yes, tahong is a fave of mine too, be it baked or in soups.</description>

		<description>I also love mussels! And it is a good thing my kids love them too!  I still cook it the Filipino way, but with some white cooking wine and basil (I use spinach in place of the dahon ng sili).</description>
