Ingredients:
- 1 cup masa flour (corn flour)
- 1 tbs lemon pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp mexican chili powder
- 1/2Â cup warm water (or more)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it forms a ball, adding more water if needed. Set aside for 10 minutes, covered with wet towel so it does not get dry.
- For several smaller balls approximately the size of golf balls.

- Press each ball into a flat round disc. Roll until approximately 1/8 inch thick. If you have a tortilla press, place ball in the center and cover with plastic wrap. Press, flip over and press again. (You have just made your homemade corn tortillas!!)
- Cut tortilla rounds into wedges. Spray or brush with oil.
- Bake in preheated 400F oven for 10 minutes or until light brown or edges curl a bit.
- Take out of the oven and let cool. Chips will harden as it cools.
- Serve with salsa or dip.

Ooo, these tortilla chips look amazing!! And they don’t look too difficult to make at all. I can’t wait to try these out. Chips and dip are a dangerous thing for a girl like me; I can’t stop myself at just a few
