HAPPY ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY, LASANG PINOY SUNDAYS!

Didn’t have the time to bake a cake, although carrot cake is the number ONE favorite in our house. I had to borrow this Carrot Cake photo from my old post about my brother-in-law’s 74th birthday. So here it is, complete with the customary birthday candle!!!

And it’s delicious,too!
