Ever since I had the most amazing churros and chocolate sauce at the Peninsula Hotel in Makati City, I have been craving them. Your churros look even better and with that awesome sugar coating, no chocolate is needed! Thanks for the recipe.

I love churros. Nice job on making this a little more healthier with the soy flour. I haven’t tried using soy flour yet. I think I should.
