Yum, I love the idea of a sweet spring roll. Kind of reminds me of a fried apple pie! I may have to try something like this, making little sweet raviolis for dessert.

Yum! I keep forgetting the name of this dessert. We’ve always had the banana ones & I asked what it was & my mom’s friends would say “It’s a banana burrito”. Now I just gotta try to remember the proper name! Thank you for the recipe!
