Sesame Seed Balls

We didn’t forget about Chinese New Year yesterday (in addition to celebrating Valentine’s Day).  I made these sesame seed balls and brought it to a  party.  These sweet, snacky dimsum are filled with sweetened red bean paste and fried just enough to brown the dough into its crunchy goodness. Yum!!
